Production Engineer

We are hiring a Production Engineer to ensure smooth production operations, support quality improvement, and lead a team in maintaining 5S, safety, and process efficiency. Candidates with production floor management experience are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth mass production by resolving personnel and process-related issues.
• Report defects and abnormal conditions promptly and coordinate with technical teams for support.
• Prepare accurate shift reports and ensure effective shift handovers.
• Assist in optimizing material usage and pushing cost-reduction initiatives.
• Maintain daily 5S and conduct safety/5S training for team members.
• Follow safety protocols and equipment operation procedures strictly.
• Enforce factory rules, correct process violations, and guide operators toward proper work methods.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Experience in manufacturing plant operations preferred
• Minimum 1 year managing a team of 30+ employees
• Strong understanding of production processes, team management, and real-time quality monitoring
• Knowledge of 6S/5S, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Management Systems, and cost control
• Strong quality focus and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
