Production Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities :

1) Assist in daily production activities as per the production plan

2) Coordinate with the planning and quality teams for smooth workflow

3) Monitor process parameters and ensure adherence to work instructions

4) Support in material handling, machine loading/uploading, and job setup

5) Maintain daily production reports and log sheets

6) Check and ensure proper utilization of manpower and machines

7) Identify process issues and report to the production engineer/supervisor

8) Ensure proper housekeeping and follow 5S standards on the shop floor

9) Maintain discipline and safety during operations

10) Support in achieving production targets and minimizing rework/rejection

11) Coordinate with maintenance team for breakdown or preventive maintenance activities

Experience :- 0-1 Year

*Qualification :- Diploma / B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical Engineering)
