Going through Production logbook and understanding II & III shift Quality problems and to take counter measures.

Ensuring allocation of manpower on priority basis.

Attending Production meeting

Previous day’s Despatch Plan Vs Actual.

Previous day’s Production Plan Vs Actual for all stages and to take course correction.

Declaration of today’s production plan and interacting with other department to ensure availability of man, machine & materials

Discussing technical & quality issues and to take course correction

Interacting with customer to understand requirement trend for the day & consecutive days

Ensuring correctness of setting in all machineries

Ensuring in-process consistency by auditing checking parameters at random

Ensuring identification & traceability throughout the shop floor

Preparing leading schedule for all machines

Preparing dispatch schedules for the entire product and ensuring through Supervisors

Studying the machinery output and major losses and review machinery utilization.

Analyzing previous month’s technical problems and taking counter measures & informing to concerned Supervisors and Operators.

Showing continuous improvements on productivity

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
