Production Head – Garments (Cut to Pack)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Garment Production Head (Cut-to-Pack) who can manage complete production of Sports Wear, Gym Wear, Fashion Wear, Beach Wear, Promotional Apparel, and Souvenir Wear.

Only candidates from garment/apparel stitching industry should apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Production Management (Cut to Pack)

• Complete supervision of cutting, stitching, finishing, QC, and packing.
• Plan daily and weekly sewing line targets.
• Ensure smooth workflow from fabric cutting to final packing.
• Improve line efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.

2. Stitching Floor Management

• Manage sewing lines for:
• Sportswear
• Gym wear
• T-shirts / Polos
• Shorts / Trousers
• Fashion wear & promotional garments
• Monitor operator performance and machine allocation.

3. Quality Control

• Ensure AQL standards.
• Control defects (DHU) from inline to final inspection.
• Ensure product quality according to international export standards.

4. Coordination

• Work closely with:
• Merchandising
• Cutting
• QC
• Finishing
• Packing
• Ensure timely order delivery.

5. Production Planning

• Make daily/weekly plans based on order priorities.
• Coordinate with PPC for fabric & trims requirements.
• Maintain WIP and update dashboards.

6. Team Leadership

• Lead supervisors, line in-charge, QC team, and helpers.
• Improve operator skills and efficiency.
