Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to establish, lead, and optimize our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing production teams, streamlining processes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead & Mentor: Supervise, train, and motivate a team of 10 production staff, fostering accountability, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Plan & Execute: Develop and manage daily production schedules, ensuring alignment with company goals and timely delivery of products.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all products meet or exceed industry and company standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement strategies to enhance throughput and minimize waste.
  • Equipment Management: Coordinate preventive maintenance and address operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to workplace safety protocols and company policies, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, supply chain, and R&D teams to improve workflows and support product development.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Maintain accurate production metrics, track KPIs, and deliver regular performance reports to senior management.
  • Inventory Control: Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion lean manufacturing and process optimization initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • At least 3–4 years of leadership experience managing and training production teams.
  • An Engineering degree in electrical or mechanical is a pluse
  • Strong understanding of production planning, workflow optimization, and quality systems.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop teams.

Location:Sharjah, UAE (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Manufacturing and Production: 10 years (Required)
  • Team management : 4 years (Required)
  • Electronics: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • Hindi/Urdu (Preferred)

Location:
