Production Manager

Manage full production workflow across multiple SKUs and production lines

Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring productivity, safety, and adherence to quality standards

Plan, monitor, and manage inventory of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimal wastage

Conduct regular quality control (QC) checks at all production stages to maintain high standards

Coordinate with suppliers, internal teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations Plan production schedules, allocate resources, and optimize processes

Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs and process documentation

Oversee machinery usage and maintenance schedules (printing, packaging, UV/digital printing preferred)

Drive lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives

Ensure timely delivery, cost-efficient production, and attention to detail in all outputs

Monitor KPIs, track performance, and report to Head of Operations
