Role: Production Manager
Location: Bangalore (with global travel)
Team: Works directly with core leadership and cross-functional teams
What You’ll Own:
1. Podcast Production & Operations
-
Oversee end-to-end production of episodes - planning, recording, editing coordination, and timely delivery.

Liaise with internal teams (creative, design, comms, social) and external partners (studios, editors, production houses).

Ensure strong quality control across audio, video, and promotional assets.

Manage episode pipelines, schedules, and release calendars.
2. Event Planning & WTF Tour Execution
-
Plan and execute live podcast events globally - venue sourcing, production partners, ticketing, staging, and overall audience experience.

Work closely with local partners, venues, and sponsors to scale impact.
-
Create frameworks for both closed-room recordings and large-scale live shows.
-
Drive logistics, budgeting, and execution for multi-city and international shoots.
3. Guest Outreach & Relationship Management

Identify and map high-value global guests - authors, creators, policymakers, business leaders, celebrities.
-
Lead outreach, manage correspondence, and build long-term guest relationships.
-
Maintain a world-class guest pipeline that strengthens brand positioning.

Work with research/content teams to prepare guest briefs and discussion frameworks.
4. Brand Growth & Social Amplification

Execute strategies to grow the brand + the podcast across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.

Collaborate with social/digital teams to ensure clips and reels spark global conversations.

Build innovative campaigns around milestone episodes, guest features, and world tours.

Track analytics and audience insights to continuously grow reach.
Who You Are:

2–4 years of experience in media, production, events, content, communications, or similar fields.

A project-management powerhouse - organised, proactive, and deadline-driven.
-
Excellent communicator who can work cross-functionally with creative, leadership, and external partners.

Thrives in high-speed, high-accountability environments.

Deeply passionate about culture, storytelling, and global content.
