Team Leader – Production Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management Oversight

Lead factory incoming quality management and process quality management activities.

Support suppliers in meeting production quality objectives.
New Project & Drivetrain Quality Management
-
Oversee drivetrain manufacturing operations for new project quality management.

Establish project lists, develop quality planning action items and maintain related documentation.

Track prototype closed-loop development quality issues and organize PPAP review meetings.
-
Ensure manufacturing quality standards are met throughout new project development.
Supplier Quality & DQE Team Leadership

Drive continuous improvement initiatives with the DQE team for supplier quality.

Manage and supervise supplier on-site personnel to ensure adherence to quality expectations.
Laboratory Operations Management

Oversee the overall operation and management of the physical and chemical laboratory.
Training & Capability Development

Train team members in the use of quality tools and promote quality awareness across the team.
Audit & Process Improvement Participation

Support the development of EPS processes, and participate in product audits, process audits, and system audits.
Requirements:
-
Minimum 15 years of experience, ideally with strong management and team leadership background.

Wind turbine industry experience, especially in wind turbine manufacturing or assembly.

Manufacturing or utilities industry background.

Gearbox experience, particularly related to wind turbine drivetrain or mechanical systems.

Strong understanding of quality tools, audits, and production processes.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced production environment.
