Production Manager - Facades

The Production Manager is responsible for the overall planning, coordination, and control of manufacturing processes within the facade factory to ensure the timely and cost-effective production of high-quality facade systems (e.g., aluminum and glass doors, windows, and curtain walls). This role involves managing resources, enforcing safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Education & Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is typically required.

- A minimum of 10+ years of proven experience in production or manufacturing management, with a strong preference for experience within the facade, aluminum, or glass industry. Previous supervisory or team management experience is essential.

Technical Skills:

- Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, materials (aluminum, glass), construction techniques, and installation methodologies.

- Proficiency in interpreting and working with complex architectural and shop drawings (AutoCAD knowledge is often required).

- Familiarity with production management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).

- Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
