Broadridge is hiring! The Manager of Production Operations reports to the Director of Operations and is responsible for all aspects of printing in a production operations environment. The role oversees Operations Supervisors across multiple shifts, ensuring productivity, quality, client and associate satisfaction. The Manger of Production of Operations plays a critical role in translating strategic vision into day-to-day execution, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture that puts clients and associates at the forefront.
This is an on-site role that will be assigned to a Broadridge location where you will perform the majority of your work.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to enhance PEQ (Productivity, Efficiency, and Quality)
Manage departmental expenses (commodities, labor, discretionary spending, etc.)
Create of, and adhere to, capacity plans that support client commitments to meet or exceed client SLA’s (Service Level Agreements)
Establish, communicate, and revise of department and individual KPIs
Demonstrate technical expertise in print equipment, relevant technologies, and client product mix to maximize machine utilization and uptime
Provide performance feedback and guide talent development of direct reports and team members through regular and frequent feedback
Communicate and continually reinforce Broadridge’s Values, Vision and Quality Policy, along with our unyielding commitment to the Service Profit Chain
Qualifications
Associate or bachelor’s degree (Business Management, or a related field) preferred, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of management experience in a high-paced environment, with 1-2 years of relevant print/mail, production or manufacturing experience
Flexibility required for non-standard hours during peak production periods and potential critical client or facility events, including weekend and holidays
Strong leadership presence and self-starter initiative: inspiring teams and driving progress in a high-pressure, fast-changing environment
Proven track record of operational excellence: implementing and meeting KPIs, improving workflows, and building/developing high-performing teams
Excellent oral and written communication skills: effectively communicating with vendors, staff, and management at all levels
Solid organizational skills: effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously, working under tight deadlines and pressure.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, including knowledge of pivot tables, advanced formulas, file linking, charts/graphs, etc.
Mid Shift Manager: Monday - Friday 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM, with some flexibility required during training and peak times.
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $75,000 annual. 10% shift differential. Eligible for annual bonus.
