Why You’ll Love This Role:

• Monitor production milestones in coordination with Master Scheduling and Operations in a manner that demonstrates, “Everything is Important.”
• The role requires strong communication skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide visibility and drive action in order to support Singer’s operational goals and provide high-quality production to our customers.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure materials, tooling, and equipment are released and available to meet production schedule
• Facilitate the capacity management process, including identification and escalation of long-term capacity gaps to ensure successful execution of customer demands in support of SIOP
• Performsescalated expediting when required to ensure on time delivery of materials
• Pioritize work orders and actions to ensure deadlines and milestones are met
• Identifies critical material deliveries and ensure program requirements are prioritized though the supply chain as well as internal efforts (i.e., receiving, inspection and stockroom, internal processing)
• Identify and implement improvements in production control processes

Who We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in production control and/or scheduling
• Minimum two (2) years of experience in manufacturing and/or technical administration processes
• Strong computer skills, proficient in the full suite of MS Office, ERP/MRP systems

Location & Schedule:
This role is onsite in our HQ in Torrance, CA. This is an exempt role, but the general schedule is Monday – Friday 5am - 1:30pm.

The starting salary range for this position is between $68,640 - 75,480 per year. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
