Description

Jahabow is a leading manufacturer of custom retail display cases and commercial millwork, partnering with major brands like Sam’s Club, Academy, Kohl’s, and Walmart. We’re hiring a Production Scheduler to plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand, inventory, and capacity
  • Work closely with procurement, inventory control, and manufacturing teams to confirm material and resource availability
  • Monitor production flow and adjust schedules as needed due to demand changes, equipment downtime, or labor constraints
  • Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Maintain accurate production records and schedule adherence
  • Manage the Aluminum Manufacturing schedule, including packet assembly
  • Support the painted metal process to ensure materials are sent to and returned from the coater on schedule


What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of production scheduling experience
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, ERP/MRP systems, and lean production principles
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, scheduling software, and production tracking tools


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to climate variations, noise, and machinery
  • Standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
