Production Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production activities across Pre-Press, Press, and Post-Press departments
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production targets
• Monitor production quality and resolve any issues that arise during operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Train, guide, and motivate production staff
• Maintain production schedules and documentation
• Collaborate with management to improve production processes and efficiency

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5 7 years of experience in production supervision, preferably in printing
• Strong knowledge of Pre-Press, Press, and Post-Press operations
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Immediate joiners preferred
