Production Supervisor / In-Charge in Frozen Seafood Company

We are looking for a Supervisor/In charge for our frozen seafood production department. Candidates with fisheries/seafood industry experience will be given strong preference.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee frozen fish/shrimp processing
• Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
• Manage manpower and shift operations
• Prepare and maintain production records
• Coordinate with QC and Cold Store teams

Requirements:

• Fisheries/seafood processing experience (strong advantage)
• 2–4 years relevant production experience
• Good team management and communication skills
• Familiarity with HACCP/ISO systems is a plus

Location: Korangi Fish Harbour, Karachi
Preferred Candidate Location: Korangi, Landhi, Ibrahim Hyderi, Chashma Goth, or nearby areas.

Salary: Based on experience
