About Us

Schazda Properties is a rapidly growing real estate company specializing in premium developments and exceptional client experiences. We are looking for a highly creative and technically strong Photographer–Videographer who can produce, manage, and execute the full 360° of our visual marketing content across all platforms.

Role Overview

The Photographer–Videographer will be responsible for conceptualizing, capturing, editing, and delivering high-quality visual content that showcases our properties, brand identity, and campaigns. This role requires someone who can independently handle photography, videography, aerial shoots, editing, creative direction, and content production from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities: Content Production (360° Management)

• Lead the full cycle of content creation—from brainstorming concepts to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos of properties, events, corporate content, and lifestyle scenes.
• Produce a variety of assets: promotional videos, walkthroughs, reels, social media content, testimonials, and campaign visuals.
• Deliver consistent, brand-aligned visuals for digital platforms, property portals, website, and marketing materials.

Photography & Videography Execution

• Conduct on-site and off-site property shoots, including interior, exterior, community, and lifestyle photography.
• Execute professional videography including cinematic shots, stabilizer work, voiceovers, and story-driven edits.

Editing & Post-Production

• Edit photos and videos to a high professional standard using industry tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, Lightroom, Photoshop, After Effects, etc.).
• Produce polished videos with transitions, sound design, color grading, animations, and branding elements.
• Maintain organized media libraries and structured project files.

Content Management & Collaboration

• Coordinate with the marketing team to plan content calendars, campaign visuals, and social media assets.
• Ensure quick turnaround times while maintaining exceptional quality.
• Provide creative input on branding, storytelling, and content direction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, preferably in real estate or lifestyle content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in professional cameras, lighting setups, drones, and stabilization equipment.
• Expert-level skills in editing software (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent).
• Strong eye for composition, storytelling, branding, and detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver content efficiently.
• Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
