Program Manager (PGM) – Cairo

Overview:

Lead all IT and business technology programs for the Cairo site, ensuring smooth infrastructure, secure operations, and alignment with global strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive IT program governance, project delivery, and transformation initiatives.
• Manage infrastructure, network, and end-user systems.
• Oversee cybersecurity, compliance, and risk management.
• Handle applications, ITIL-based service delivery, and vendor performance.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and team leadership.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in IT/CS (Master’s preferred).
• 10–15 years in program/project management with IT leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, EUC, cybersecurity, and cloud (Azure/AWS).
• PMP/PRINCE2/ITIL v4/Agile preferred.
• English required; Arabic preferred.
