Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) or Project Manager (PM) with a strong legal background to support our operations in Redmond, WA.
The ideal candidate will split their responsibilities between Legal Documentation (60%) and Program Management (40%), driving cross-functional initiatives with HR, Facilities, Universities, and third-party suppliers.

Key ResponsibilitiesLegal (60%)

• Draft and review key legal documents, including:
• Statements of Work (SOWs)
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) – bilateral and unilateral
• Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs)
• Collaborate with internal teams (HR, Facilities, Procurement) and external stakeholders (Universities, OEMs, Suppliers).
• Ensure legal drafts align with business needs and enable the creation of Purchase Orders (POs), SOWs, and defined deliverables.

Program Management (40%)

• Lead and track program execution from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate documentation, deliverables, and milestones aligned with legal agreements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely progress and legal compliance.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in legal drafting (SOWs, NDAs, MTAs).
• Proven experience working with HR, Facilities, Universities, and third-party vendors.
• Strong understanding of how legal documentation translates into actionable program deliverables.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in a technical or engineering environment.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience within large-scale enterprise or technology companies (e.g., Microsoft, Meta, Google, etc.) is a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
