Program Manager, Zayed Sustainability Prize

To develop and enhance programs, events, and initiatives for the Zayed Sustainability Prize (ZSP), engaging key partners and industry experts to achieve the objectives of the unit. The position will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, third-party service providers, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that all programs and activities are executed on time and aligned with ZSP's goals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the implementation of the Zayed Sustainability Prize programs, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating all activities related to each program.
• Identify and develop new programs that enhance the Prize's existing activities.
• Manage and enhance the Prize's youth-focused activities and programs.
• Identify opportunities that create further awareness and position the Prize as a thought leader globally.
• Coordinate any third parties that are engaged to deliver programs for the Prize to ensure objectives are met on time and budget with limited risk.
• Manage the delivery of program content for the Prize's thought leadership platforms as needed, ensuring that all targets and objectives are met.
• Streamline and ensure the integration and alignment of internal and external stakeholder programs.
• Support with the identification of potential new partners and stakeholders to position ZSP globally.
• Support the rollout of the Prize's Ambassador Program and suggest ways to drive further engagement of the Ambassadors involved.
• Identify new partners for the Prize that will enhance its existing and new programs to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.

Qualifications:

Preferred Experience:

• At least 8 years of experience in a similar role.

• Ability to influence decision-makers to implement internal enhancement initiatives.
