Pathfinder strives to strengthen access to family planning, advocate for sound reproductive health policies, and, through all of our work, improve the rights and lives of the people we serve. In alignment with these goals, Pathfinder supports initiatives like the Maryam Nawaz Community Health Inspector (CHI) program, which trains and deploys skilled CHIs to ensure effective delivery of health services at the community level, improving maternal and child health outcomes across Punjab.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Plan and Budget Implementation
-
Works with others to implement the strategic approach of the program specific to CHI (healthcare systems and the community, providing health education, promoting healthy behaviors, and facilitating access to healthcare services.

Coordinate work planning for health care providers, and community service providers
-
Supervise and monitor CHI action plans in communities, and plan quarterly meetings with program team
-
Coordinate and facilitate payments in the field as committed under agreement after due scrutiny and verification. Maintain record of documents for accounting and audit as required by Finance Department.

Gather necessary data and information to support project implementation.

Serve as focal person to coordinate the implementation of field Project activities at union council level.

Advocate and liaise with union council level

Participate and record minutes of meetings and send them to Pathfinder office to update Pathfinder on progress of activities.

Maintain complete pictorial records of all meetings at District level.
-
Prepare and submit reports as required (monthly/quarterly) with regular time frequency by Program Department.

Facilitate Pathfinder and donor during monitoring visit of activities.

Undertake any other task related to the project as assigned by Pakistan office.
Program Assessment, Measurement and Evaluation
Assists in quarterly and annual program or project progress and financial reports reviews and gives constructive feedback on the projects. Identifies best practices in activities and follows new developments. Recommend improvements for program or project performance and assist in sharing innovative methods with partners.
Meeting and Forum Attendance
Attends relevant meetings as well as forums to foster and enhance collaboration. Identifies new and improved approaches, methods and ideas.
Project and Management Reporting
Assists in the development and delivery of reports related to the programs or project activities. Submits a completed consolidated report to Program Lead on a timely basis.
Training Design, Development and Delivery
Assists where applicable in the development and capacity building of content and curriculum related to health education, promoting healthy lifestyles
Minimum Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences and other related discipline

5-6 years of working experience with development sector organizations and major responsibility in administration, coordination and understanding of HR matters/procedures.
