The Program Planning Manager plays a critical role in orchestrating the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering and capital projects across manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain operations. This role ensures timely delivery of infrastructure upgrades, new product lines, and process improvements in alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.

The Program Planning Manager plays a critical role in orchestrating the planning, scheduling, and execution of engineering and capital projects across manufacturing, packaging, and supply chain operations. This role ensures timely delivery of infrastructure upgrades, new product lines, and process improvements in alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.



Responsibilities



  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules for facility expansions, equipment installations, and process optimization projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Assurance, Production, and Procurement to align engineering deliverables with operational needs.
  • Lead planning sessions and provide schedule visibility to stakeholders across manufacturing plants and corporate offices.
  • Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
  • Support capital budgeting and resource forecasting across multiple concurrent programs.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, environmental, and health regulations during project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement in planning tools, reporting dashboards, and governance processes.


Qualifications



  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Project Management (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience: 7+ years in project planning/scheduling within food, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing
  • Tools: Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, SAP, and Excel
  • Certifications: PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent preferred

Pay range and compensation package



Salary: 60 LPA
