Position Summary
The Program Specialist supports critical operational functions across agency onboarding, Department of Revenue (DOR) coordination, and Court Services. This role serves as an internal program expert, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and seamless execution of program activities that support our law enforcement and municipal partners.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled at balancing multiple program workflows. This position is vital to maintaining continuity, supporting program growth, and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Blue Line Solutions’ traffic enforcement programs.
Key Responsibilities
Department of Revenue (DOR) Program Support
  • Process DOR agreements and ensure timely activation of new agency accounts.
  • Enter agency information and agreements into E-Services and ensure completeness.
  • Coordinate program hand-offs to internal DOR teams and monitor progress.
  • Manage program-related hold/removal processes triggered by payment activity.
  • Monitor and respond to requests submitted through the DOR support email.
  • Provide escalated support for agency inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
  • Deliver routine DOR program performance reports to management.
  • Maintain consistency and compliance across multi-agency DOR workflows.
Agency Program Operations
  • Receive, verify, and process initial agency setup packets from Sales.
  • Submit ORI authorizations and manage GDOR authorization processes.
  • Build and maintain agency profiles within MayPop and NewGuard systems, including:
    • Templates & Lane Codes
    • ORI Numbers
    • Consequence Schemes
    • Asset Assignment
    • User Management
    • Enforcement Schedules
    • Documentation Upload & Tracking
  • Set up court processes and required legal documentation for agency programs.
  • Maintain both digital and hard-copy records of all program approvals.
  • Provide coordinated support for agency program requests via email, phone, or onsite visits.
  • Assist with handheld laser configuration and pre-implementation speed studies.
  • Participate in Weekly Stand-Up calls and provide program updates as needed.
Program Support & Quality Assurance
  • Perform quality checks on enforcement schedules, templates, location codes, and agency data.
  • Identify program inefficiencies and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Court Services, DOR, Agency Ops, and Mail Room teams.
  • Support agency task boards and ensure timely completion of assignments.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Public Administration, Legal Studies, Business, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, government operations, law enforcement support, or similar work.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to balance multiple program tasks and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/ERP systems.
  • Professional judgment and sound decision-making abilities.
Preferred
  • Experience in public safety, law enforcement support, or traffic enforcement program management.
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as CJIS, ISO, OSHA, or similar.

Reporting Relationships

Pay
$40,000 – $50,000 per year
