A. Programme Planning & Implementation
- Develop detailed project implementation plans (PIP) with timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Lead execution of programme activities across assigned districts/blocks.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines, organisational protocols, and donor requirements.
- Coordinate field teams, technical consultants, vendors, and partner organisations.
B. Monitoring, Evaluation & Reporting
- Establish programme-level MIS and monitoring frameworks.
- Conduct regular field visits to assess progress, identify gaps, and ensure quality delivery.
- Track KPIs, outputs, and outcomes as per project logframes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and donor submission.
C. Stakeholder Management
- Liaise with government departments, CSR partners, community leaders, and technical agencies.
- Represent the organisation in review meetings, consultation workshops, and site visits.
- Maintain strong relationships with district/block administrations, PRIs, SHGs, and community stakeholders.
D. Team Leadership & Capacity Building
- Supervise field coordinators, community mobilisers, and project support staff.
- Conduct periodic training and capacity-building sessions for the team.
- Create an enabling environment for high performance, accountability, and innovation.
E. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Document success stories, case studies, field insights, and best practices.
- Maintain updated dashboards, databases, and programme records.
- Support in developing communication material and reports for donors, government, and public outreach.
