Position Specific Description

Based at our headquarters in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, this role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining dashboards using leading tools such as Grafana, PowerBI, and Tableau. The ideal candidate brings strong spatial reasoning, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new skills. Experience with design principles (UX/UI, Adobe Illustrator, or web design) is a plus. A background in computer science, engineering, or business is preferred but not required. Coding experience (SQL required; Python a plus) is expected. Job Overview

• Design and develop dashboards for a variety of business users.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Work with engineers and data scientists to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
• Continuously improve dashboard usability and impact.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (computer science, engineering, business, or related field preferred).
• Experience with dashboarding tools (Grafana, PowerBI, Tableau).
• Basic coding skills (SQL required; Python a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with UX/UI design or Adobe Illustrator.
• Prior work in industrial or energy settings.
