Non-Recurring Pay:
8% of base salary in Non-Recurring Pay (distributed as 4% on November paycheck and 4% on May paycheck). b.
Professional Development Fund (PDF):
Exec Pro employees will be allocated $1,500 annually towards a Professional Development Fund (PDF) to be used for professional growth opportunities. Amount allocated will be prorated based upon date and length of hire.

Salary Setting (New Hires):
Newly-employed Executive Professionals will be placed on the twenty (20) step system. Each step represents two years of experience, based upon equivalent experience. Beginning in July 2025, The maximum number of years of experience granted is 14, which is equivalent to placement on step seven (7). Steps are determined by experience listed on the application and resume.
Salary Setting (Rehires):
Returning employees who have previously resigned or separated from the District will be rehired at the same step they were on at the time of resignation/separation plus any new experience gained in the same job, provided step increases were approved by the Board during the years in question

Full-Time Regular Employees

Temporary one-on-one Educational Assistants

will be changed from temporary status to regular status and will have the same sick leave as a regular status employee.
Retirees Working 30+ Hours/Week or 140 Days:
Retirees who satisfy the eligibility requirements of
30 hours or more
per week or qualify for one of the District’s 140 day slots may be eligible for the 75%/25% or 85%/15% premium share for employee only premium based on the health plan chosen and 70% for all other premium tiers of the plan (employee + spouse, employee + child(ren), and family).
Part-Time Regular Employees
are eligible for the following Benefits: Employee Assistance Program and pro-rated sick leave.
ESP and Exec Pro Employees (less than 6 hours a day) and Teachers (working
less than 3.5 hours a day):
Such employees shall receive pro-rated sick leave, as well as the opportunity to use accumulated sick leave days as personal leave days based on the number of hours worked daily and are
not
eligible for all available benefits.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The ERP Programmer II supports district operations by engineering, maintaining, and optimizing staff information systems and associated data workflows. This role emphasizes SQL development,Snowflake data warehousing, Cognos reporting, and C#/.NET application development. The ERP Programmer II is responsible for developing secure, accurate, and scalable solutions that support HR,payroll, finance, and district leadership in managing and analyzing staff-related data.
SUMMARY OF FUNCTION
Supports the needs of the district by maintaining and modifying School District 11’s student software systems;creates and maintains accurate data exchanges with a wide variety of educational programs; provides timely data reporting to the Colorado Department of Education; and develops detailed reports for schools,departments, and school administration.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
•Provides advanced problem solving and troubleshooting across several student information systems
•Documents issues/problems and their resolutions/solutions
•Provides regular status updates to requesting users and departments and district leadership
•Provides full analysis, development, testing, and production implementation of projects
•Gathers initial requirements and information from users, determines core problems to be solved and scope to be developed, provides analysis and research with users, and develops complex automated solutions to requirements and user needs, and implements timely solutions by close coordination with departments andusers
•Provides careful testing of automated solutions as required
•Provides data for exchange, or create interfaces to other systems when needed
•Responsible for the timely delivery of critical data to the Colorado Department of Education on a regular and reoccurring basis
•Develop web applications to meet user needs
