Summary: As a Program/Project Management Lead, you will manage the overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Your typical day will involve defining project scope, monitoring the execution of deliverables, and communicating with multiple stakeholders to effectively manage expectations, issues, and outcomes. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the project aligns with the strategic goals of the organization while fostering collaboration among team members and stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: As a Epic Owner Support (PMO) * Governance ? Building governance framework, WBS and OBS etc. ? Defining Project Management Methodologies ? Creating Standards and Processes ? Developing Accenture - Airbus based Standard Templates * Project Management and Tasks Prioritization * Aligning product teams with project’s strategic goals * Stakeholder Management * Managing synchro meetings through liaison with various product teams participating in the project * Conducting regular progress meetings * Dependency Management * Progress Reporting * Risks and Issues Management * Building KPIs in Google Sheets + Looker Studio+ performance monitoring + continuous improvement * Budgeting, Costing and Cost Optimization Initiatives * Knowledge Base Management As a Release Unit Manager * Building and maintaining global roadmap and detailed Integrated Planning * Deployment Management, Deployment Planning, Outages plan, Rollback plan etc. * Scheduling * Building deliverables with respect to release unit milestones Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. - Experience in risk management and mitigation strategies. - Ability to develop and manage project budgets and timelines. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
