Description

• Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support for ongoing projects
• Conduct market and project-related research, and prepare relevant reports or presentations
• Assist in communication and coordination between different departments and international stakeholders
• Follow up on project timelines, documentation, and deliverables
• Support management and project teams with ad-hoc operational tasks

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles (more experienced profiles can also be considered)
• Fluent in Russian and Turkish (both written and verbal); English is an advantage
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Collaborative, adaptable, and responsible working style
