We are looking for a
Project Collaboration Specialist
who will strengthen our organization’s innovation-focused projects and proactively manage stakeholder relationships. This role requires coordinating strategic collaborations both within the organization and with external partners.
Responsibilities

Develop collaboration opportunities with industry partners and universities, and coordinate joint project processes end-to-end

Provide operational and documentation support to teams involved in patent and intellectual property processes

Take an active role in preparing, executing, and monitoring official agreements and protocols

Represent the organization in meetings, events, and project presentations with external stakeholders

Work closely with internal teams to analyze project needs and shape collaborations accordingly
Qualifications

Minimum B2 level proficiency in English

Strong verbal and written communication skills for managing inter-institutional coordination

Experience in university–industry collaboration, project development, or similar fields is preferred

Familiarity with patent or intellectual property processes is an advantage

Competence in official correspondence, protocol management, and stakeholder coordination

Professional appearance and demeanor suitable for organizational representation

Strong analytical thinking, coordination, and follow-up skills
