Job Title: Project Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and completion of projects across various departments. The ideal candidate will assist Project Managers in organizing resources, managing timelines, and ensuring all project documentation and communication are clear and up to date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
  • Maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Prepare and distribute project meeting agendas, minutes, and status updates.
  • Support budget management, procurement, and invoice tracking.
  • Coordinate communication between team members and departments.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com).
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 1-2 months

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
