To ensure quality compliance across all construction, installation, and material-related activities as per project specifications, safety guidelines, codes, and performance standards.

About the Role:
1. Quality Monitoring & Compliance
-
Ensure execution works adhere to project technical specifications, approved drawings, method statements and contractual quality requirements.

Conduct on-site inspections for civil/structural/mechanical/electrical works (as applicable to RFP scope).
-
Verify work processes and outputs meet RFP quality criteria and statutory/industry standards.
2. Material Quality & Testing
-
Inspect and verify construction materials as per standards (IS codes / ASTM / project criteria).
-
Coordinate laboratory and field tests – slump test, cube test, compaction, reinforcement checks etc.
-
Monitor supplier quality documentation, certificate approvals, raw material traceability and storage compliance.
3. Documentation & Reporting
-
Maintain daily inspection reports (DIR), quality checklists, site observations and snag records.

Prepare NCR/ CAR reports for non-conformance and track closure through corrective actions.
-
Ensure calibration records, test results, quality manuals and QA-QC logs are updated and auditable.
4. Execution Supervision & Workmanship
-
Verify reinforcement placement, formwork, shuttering, concreting works, finishing activities, MEP clearances etc.

Monitor structural dimension accuracy, leveling, alignment & tolerance checks.

Ensure installation works follow code-compliant workmanship and durability standards.
5. Client & Contractor Coordination
-
Work closely with Project Manager, EPC/Contractors, Safety team & Client representatives.

Participate in quality audits, progress review meetings & technical discussions.

Resolve quality issues timely and ensure implementation of recommenced improvements.

QA/QC documentation & compliance
-
Material & workmanship inspection
-
Knowledge of IS/ASTM codes & quality specifications

NCR handling, root-cause analysis & closure follow-up
-
Communication, reporting & cross-team coordination
-
Familiarity with lab & field testing methods
-
Proficiency in MS Office/QA logs/Record tracking tools
About You:
- Diploma / B.Tech / BE in Civil Engineering (or relevant discipline)

2–8 years’ experience in Construction / Industrial / EPC Quality Control
-
Exposure to RFP-driven compliance monitoring preferred
