Position: Project Coordinator

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our project management team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and dedicated to ensuring efficient project workflows. In this role, you will support project execution, coordination activities, documentation, and alignment between internal teams and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a communication link between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Assist project managers with scheduling, assigning tasks, and tracking progress.
  • Support the preparation of project timelines, scope documents, and resource plans.
  • Monitor project activities, identify potential delays, and suggest corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvements and help ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
  • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and updates for leadership.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients for requirement gathering and clarifications.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project coordination or project management within an IT/software environment.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and familiarity with web and mobile projects.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or Asana.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to multitask, and confidence in handling tasks independently.
