Project Coordinator - Civil Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer

Fresher or Experienced

Job Description:

• Responsible for Green Building/ Environment Certification Documentation and Analysis
• Communicating with the client/project proponent to report on project status
• Resolving the queries that are raised in-between the process of Project completion
• Ensuring that relevant Project related information is captured and analyzed
• Evaluate issues and escalate them to the concerned departments
• Communicate with internal team members who can best help resolve queries
• Assists in meetings and site visits

Communications Skills:

The position requires excellent written and oral abilities to:

• Write technical and non-technical reports
• Maintain relationships with clients Good presentation skills Write technical proposals

Other Skills:

• Willingness to travel & work in different work environments
• Self-motivated and able to work in teams
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
