Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and track progress of projects across multiple departments, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between teams (e.g., Product, Sales, Marketing, SQA, Development and Support).
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards for management.
  • Support process improvement initiatives and identify operational inefficiencies.
  • Assist in planning meetings, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Work closely with management to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks or mini-projects that may span multiple business functions.
  • Support the creation of presentations, proposals, or internal reports as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative roles (preferably in a tech or SaaS environment).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Asana, Trello, Notion, or ClickUp is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
