Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Coordinator (Digital Marketing) with strong experience in managing SEO, Social Media, PPC, and Content-related projects. The candidate will ensure seamless communication, timely task execution, and smooth project delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate digital marketing projects across SEO, SMM, PPC, Content & Design teams.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Plan project timelines, assign tasks, and track progress using tools like ClickUp, Basecamp, Trello, or Asana.
• Prepare and share weekly/monthly project reports.
• Conduct client meetings, document MOMs, and follow up on action points.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of all marketing deliverables.
• Identify risks/delays and escalate when necessary.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing project coordination.
• Strong understanding of SEO, Social Media, PPC, and Content workflows.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools (ClickUp, Basecamp, Trello, Asana).
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
