We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Marketing who is organized, detail-oriented, and excited to bring marketing strategies to life. About the Role:
The Project Coordinator – Marketing supports the Marketing Director in the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives. This role ensures projects stay on track, assets are delivered on time, and content is produced with accuracy and brand consistency. The ideal candidate enjoys managing details across multiple projects, staying organized, and driving marketing initiatives from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Coordination-

  • Assist in planning and executing digital, wholesale, and retail marketing campaigns
  • Organize and submit campaign assets to internal and external partners
  • Manage timelines, approvals, asset routing, and performance tracking

Content & Creative Support-

  • Create content for email, website, and social media
  • Design digital lookbooks, graphics, fliers, and promotional materials
  • Support product launches through asset building and content organization

Administrative & Cross-Functional Communication-

  • Maintain marketing calendars, project trackers, and asset libraries
  • Coordinate communication between Design, Sales, Operations, and external vendors
  • Proofread, edit, and quality-check marketing materials
  • Manage vendor orders, invoices, and relationships

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, including paid advertising and e-commerce
  • Experience with budgeting and performance marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with Canva, Klaviyo, PowerPoint, Google Analytics, and social scheduling tools
  • Excellent copywriting skills with attention to detail in storytelling
  • Experience with multichannel marketing strategies including B2B marketing and product management is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • 3 years of marketing experience preferred

Compensation:
Pay: $22–$24 per hour

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (includes 1 hour of daily overtime)
  • Weekends as needed
