· Support the general manager.

· Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

· Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting standards of quality.

· Manage and monitor All the projects execution process and ensure the project are completed on time and within the approved budget.

· Organize all project staff.

· Preparing all projects’ schedules and baseline programs

· Examine the projects program and following up closely with contractors and sub-contractors to ensure smooth procedure and handing over.

· Conduct Quality checks on work carried on and attending on all progress issues and obstacles and come up with solution / enhancement.

· Manage mitigate project issues and risks.

· Attend all related progress and technical meetings with all Projects managers.

· Liaise with all departments to achieve projects objectives.

· Prepare / review and approve the projects execution plan, health and safety plan, risk plan

· prequalification and appointment of consultants and contractors.

· Manage the approval process include creation and update for all project documentation.

· Following engineering, project controls, estimating, security, transmission, etc.).

· Manage project stakeholders Motivating and pushing site teams.

· Maintain confidentiality of company information.

· Perform another related task.
