Project Engineer

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Engineer to oversee and manage aluminum and glass installation works at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure that all activities are executed according to project specifications, safety standards, and within the scheduled timeframes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise site installation of aluminum and glass systems, including curtain walls, windows, doors, partitions, and skylights.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution on site.
• Review and interpret architectural and shop drawings, ensuring installation complies with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure work progress aligns with the approved schedule.
• Manage site labor, allocate tasks, and monitor performance and productivity.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain site documentation and daily progress reports.
• Attend site meetings and provide updates on installation progress, issues, and requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering
• 1-3 years of site experience in aluminum and glass installation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical/shop drawings.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and site management practices.
• UAE driving license Mandatory
