Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Engineer responsible for coordinating site activities, managing technical documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of villa renovation and fit-out projects. The Project Engineer will report to the Project Manager and collaborate closely with design, procurement, and MEP teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in day-to-day coordination and site operations.
• Supervise site works, ensuring that all activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and authority standards.
• Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports.
• Review and coordinate shop drawings, BOQs, and material submittals.
• Follow up on authority requirements (Dubai Municipality, DDA, Trakhees, Emaar, Nakheel, etc.) for inspections and approvals.
• Coordinate between subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure timely work completion.
• Monitor material delivery schedules and ensure availability for site needs.
• Ensure implementation of quality control and HSE standards at all stages.
• Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, progress claims, and variation documentation.
• Participate in snagging, testing, and handover procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in villa construction, renovation, or interior fit-out.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings, site execution, and authority procedures.
• Familiarity with MEP coordination and interior finishing details.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools.
• UAE driving license .

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
