Project Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Project Engineer to join our dynamic team and manage end-to-end project execution with precision and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure timely completion of fit-out works.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, joinery, and MEP teams to achieve project milestones.
• Review and validate technical drawings, material submittals, and BOQs.
• Ensure quality control, cost efficiency, and adherence to project schedules.
• Liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for smooth project communication.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and attend site meetings.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Supervise and guide site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to maintain quality workmanship.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5–6 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Proven experience handling corporate, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
• Strong understanding of joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project planning skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
