About the Role

The role involves supporting the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics, i.e. project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activity planning, data analysis and report preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, preparing Project Record Books, managing spare parts, collecting certifications, supplier payments, SAP data entry, with specific responsibilities especially during the close-out phase.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project /Operation Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics with the Subcontractor.
• Project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review.
• Project activity planning, data analysis and report preparation, subcontractor and supplier management.
• Preparing project record books, managing spare parts, collecting certifications with specific responsibilities especially during the close out phase.
• Coordinate with the subcontractors in all the logistics of load out operations and supply vessels' mobilization and demobilization during project execution phase.
• Assist and Support offshore Operations onboard the Platform during project's execution.

Qualifications and Required Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering
• Good Knowledge with AutoCAD
• 2-5 years of experience
• Excellent Knowledge with Microsoft tools (Excel, Word, Projects, etc.)
• Fluent in English
• Previous experience with Offshore Operations and Fabrication Yards.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in similar roles within the industry.
