Project Engineer

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Project Manager/ Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining safety standards on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Technical Support: Provide technical advice and support to construction teams, addressing issues as they arise.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor construction quality to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
• Site Management: Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, site inspections, and safety audits.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any site-related issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
• Health & Safety: Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of safety on-site.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• 5 to 20 years of experience, preferably in high-rise building projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
