Responsibilities and duties include:

Plan, schedule, and coordinate engineering activities for assigned projects.
- Review specifications, drawings, and technical documents for compliance.
- Collaborate with design, procurement, and manufacturing teams to meet deadlines.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain project documentation including reports, submittals, and test plans.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and vendors to meet technical requirements.
- Participate in FATs, SATs, inspections, and quality control activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Support installation, commissioning, and handover phases.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in SAP, ERP, and MS Project.
- Strong understanding of project management principles.
- Ability to read technical drawings and use engineering tools.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred:
- LV switchgear, DB, MCC, and control panel expertise.
- Knowledge of industry standards (IEC, ISO, ASME, NEC).
- Experience across the full project lifecycle from design to commissioning.
- Willingness to travel to project sites.
