· Overseeing and managing all construction activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
· Coordinating with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the project
· Monitoring project progress and addressing any delays or issues by implementing corrective measures
· Ensuring compliance with local regulations, building codes, and safety standards set by authorities such as Dubai Municipality and Trakhees
· Managing and leading site teams, including engineers, foremen, and laborers, to achieve project objectives
· Reviewing and approving construction plans, method statements, and shop drawings before execution
· Managing procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely availability to avoid work disruptions
· Monitoring and controlling project costs, preparing reports, and ensuring efficient resource utilization
· Conducting regular site inspections to identify potential risks and ensuring quality control measures are in place
· Liaising with the planning team to track progress against the project schedule and making necessary adjustments
· Handling site-related challenges and providing effective solutions to technical and operational issues
· Ensuring proper documentation, reporting, and communication of project updates to senior management and stakeholders
· Coordinating with the HSE team to implement and enforce safety procedures and conduct toolbox talks
· Managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet contractual obligations and quality requirements
· Attending progress meetings and providing detailed updates on site activities and challenges
· Ensuring site logistics, such as workforce accommodation, transportation, and welfare facilities, are effectively managed
· Overseeing the handover process and ensuring all snagging works are completed to the satisfaction of the client and consultant
