Project Engineer (HVAC)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Project Engineer to plan, execute, and deliver HVAC projects within scope, time, and budget. The role involves coordination with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams to ensure quality and efficiency in project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Review HVAC system designs, drawings, and BOQs.

Coordinate with consultants, architects, and clients to finalize specifications.

Plan and schedule project activities, ensuring resource availability.

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems (VRF, Chillers, AHUs, Ducting, etc.).

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily/weekly reports.

Liaise with procurement and vendors for material planning and delivery.

Resolve site-level technical and execution issues proactively.

Assist in project billing, handover documentation, and closure.

Lead and guide site engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2–5 years of experience in HVAC project execution.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, insulation, and controls.

Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
