Project Executive – Pune Office

Ø Follow up customers or vendors and keep track of the project.

Ø Visit customers and meet them for project execution related activities like expediting drawing approvals, Billing break up, Material review once material received ( for major projects), Payment follow ups with customers etc.

Ø Expediting vendors for material delivery and tracking vendor material status and inform HO time to time.

Ø Visit Vendors for certain vendors for development purpose, have preliminary assessment, and report to Head Pune region.

Ø Carry out routine office activities in the absence of Head Pune office and report to Head Pune.

Ø Co ordinate with HO shipping / stores dept and customer for itemized shipment.

Ø Keep record of certain C class items in Pune office and issue as the need be according to Site engineer requirement.

Ø Arrange local support to site engineers for site activities being handled in Maharashtra region.

Ø Maintain assets of Pune e.g. Company car, company bike and other items.

Ø Book tickets for persons coming to Pune and executing projects in Pune region.

Ø Meet certain customer PF consultants with data – monthly or quarterly when required

Ø Arrange Interviews of candidates on this region and call them for personnel interview at Pune office. Arrange meeting with Head Pune office.

Ø Regularly visit key customers may be 2 – 3 weeks and take their feedback etc. and report to Head Pune office and HO.

Ø This job also include day travelling ( preferably overnight stay is rare situation). Visit at client place in and around pune / Maharashtra is required. Similarly visit at vendor place in and around pune / Maharashtra is required.

Ø Good communication skill

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
