About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Coordinator
to support the planning, coordination, and execution of solar power projects within the Reliance Solar Power team. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, smooth communication, and adherence to quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedules, and documentation for solar installation projects.

Assist the Project Manager in tracking project milestones, risks, and dependencies.

Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and progress reports.

Facilitate communication between internal teams, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Support procurement processes by preparing PRs, tracking material deliveries, and coordinating with supply chain teams.

Organize project meetings, prepare MOMs, and follow up on action items.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Assist in site planning, coordination with field teams, and monitoring project execution.

Support in budget tracking, invoice processing, and documentation for billing.

Maintain project documentation including contracts, permits, and technical submissions.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business Administration, or related field.

7+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in solar, renewable energy, EPC, or infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of project management processes and documentation.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with project management tools preferred.

Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
