Project Manager

Location: On-Ground – Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-Time
Compensation: AED 4,000 – AED 6,000/month (based on experience)

Role Overview:

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and client-focused Project Manager to join DigiTea’s Dubai team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments and can manage end-to-end brand, marketing, and content projects. You’ll be the bridge between clients and internal creative teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely delivery, and top-quality output across all campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dubai-based clients, managing day-to-day communication.
• Plan, coordinate, and track progress across content, video, design, and marketing deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, post-production) to ensure timelines are met.
• Monitor project workflows and proactively solve issues before they escalate.
• Manage approvals, revisions, and client expectations efficiently.
• Ensure final deliverables meet brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Maintain detailed records of project milestones, timelines, and reports for the leadership team.
• Support new client onboarding and contribute to improving internal systems and processes.

Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of experience in project management or client servicing (preferably in a creative agency or media company).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with social media content workflows, video production, and digital marketing.
• Proven ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Based in Dubai with availability for client meetings and on-ground coordination.
