Build the Infrastructure for the Future of Information

At ZZAZZ, we’re solving one of the hardest problems in the digital economy: assigning real-time value to information. Operating in stealth mode, our systems already power 1,000+ publishers, process 900+ Price Picks per second, and crunch 65TB of data daily.

This isn’t about building just another AI point solution or niche application. This is about creating the infrastructure for an entirely new economy—one where digital content is dynamically priced, traded as an asset, and recognized for its true value.

We’re looking for exceptional minds to join us. If you thrive on solving complex problems at scale and want to reshape how the world works, we need you.

The AI project manager is responsible for completing projects on time, within budget, and achieving the desired goals. An AI project manager has to perform several minor and major tasks daily. However, significant responsibilities are related to long-term objectives and goals. Below are some of the critical duties of AI project managers.

Project Related Responsibilities

An AI project manager is responsible for entire project responsibilities from the beginning to completion. These professionals define the project scope and goals for the organizations and project teams. They develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocation. They also handle risks, identify potential frauds, develop strategies, and monitor for issues. They also make budgets, track expenditures, and manage costs. For a smooth run of projects, these professionals assign team members resources effectively.

Technical Responsibilities

Besides project responsibilities, AI project managers must fulfill their technical duties with sound understanding, deep technical knowledge, and coordination. They should be experts in AI core concepts, applications, and technologies. They should collaborate with other professionals like data scientists, engineers, and experts. AI project managers are also responsible for data management, model development and deployment, and other technical evaluations, including advanced AI trends and tools.

Stakeholder Management and Communication

AI project managers identify key stakeholders and understand their requirements. They communicate effectively between team members and stakeholders for smooth project operations. They set realistic expectations and manage project scope, budget, and schedule changes.

Project Delivery and Evaluation

AI project managers adhere to high standards to ensure the quality of project deliverables. They track project performance and conduct post-project evaluations. They are also responsible for project closure through documentation and other assessments.

Other responsibilities AI project managers perform include ethical consideration, data privacy, team leadership, and other duties that help them achieve their project goals smoothly.
