Project Manager

Act as the primary point of contact for Dubai-based clients, managing day-to-day communication.

Plan, coordinate, and track progress across content, video, design, and marketing deliverables.

Collaborate closely with internal teams (creative, production, post-production) to ensure timelines are met.

Monitor project workflows and proactively solve issues before they escalate.

Manage approvals, revisions, and client expectations efficiently.

Ensure final deliverables meet brand guidelines and project objectives.

Maintain detailed records of project milestones, timelines, and reports for the leadership team.

Support new client onboarding and contribute to improving internal systems and processes.
