Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy Project Coordinator / Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a crucial role in managing multiple interior design projects, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth communication across all teams involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage multiple turnkey interior design projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients, addressing any concerns or changes.
• Maintain effective communication with clients about schedules and updates.
• Coordinate with site teams, in-charges, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and tackle any arising issues.
• Attend meetings, take comprehensive notes, and compile Minutes of Meeting (MoMs) to share with relevant parties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Project Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the interior design or furniture industry.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Technical understanding of fit-out works, MEP, and joinery operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
