Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing services projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end execution of solar energy projects, including planning, design review, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
• Oversee project timelines, cost control, and quality assurance to ensure alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, internal departments, and subcontractors to achieve smooth project delivery.
• Manage project documentation, progress reports, and contractual compliance.
• Supervise on-site activities to ensure safety, quality, and performance standards are met.
• Evaluate and manage subcontractor performance and resource allocation.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project profitability and client satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in execution.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering (or related field).
• 3+ years of project management experience in the solar or renewable energy sector.
• Proven experience in managing EPC or solar installation projects.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Excellent management and self-motivation skills. • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
